How to Clean a Soft-Bristle Facial Brush

A clean tool is a better tool. Here’s a simple way to care for a soft-bristle facial brush so it stays fresh.

After each use

Since this is a dry facial massage tool, a quick rinse of the bristles under lukewarm water is usually enough. Gently reshape the bristles with your fingers.

A deeper clean (weekly)

Add a tiny amount of gentle, fragrance-free cleanser to lukewarm water, swirl the bristles, then rinse until the water runs clear. Avoid soaking the handle — Aurelle’s handle is a lightweight resin with a wood-look finish, so keep it mostly dry.

Drying

Shake off excess water and lay the brush flat, or hang it bristles-down, to air-dry. Don’t use direct heat (no hairdryers or radiators), which can damage the bristles or handle.

A few don’ts

No harsh chemicals or alcohol soaks, no dishwasher, and don’t share your brush. Replace it if the bristles splay or lose their shape.

That’s the whole routine — a minute now and then keeps your facial massage brush in good shape. New to it? Start with how to use a lymphatic face brush.
