At Aurelle — Skin Atelier we want you to love your ritual. Every order is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How to start a return

Call or text us at +1 (317) 572-8170 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the next steps and a return address.

Return conditions

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
Items marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm with you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, call or text us at +1 (317) 572-8170 within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
