Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurelle — Skin Atelier. Here is what to expect after you place your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping typically arrives 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with your location, carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to begin updating.

Wrong address & failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).

International orders

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
