Returns & refunds

If the brush isn't the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of items in clean, unused, resellable condition.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you — just email a photo within 30 days.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return postage; for damaged, defective, or incorrect items we cover it.

Refunds: Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
